Check out the recycling options here at Redeemer and bring your items to the appropriate container under the counter in the lounge by the main office.

Keep Saving Those Labels!
Thank you to all who faithfully clip the Campbell brand labels for the United Methodist Women. Your continued support does add up and benefits our Mission Fund as the labels are sent in for reimbursement.

For those not familiar with the program, it's as simple as saving the labels off your old cans and jars. Save the UPC label from the front of Campbell brands. If you forget over time, simply save the entire label and someone will trim them for you. Next, bring your labels in and place them in the stacking drawers under the information center. It's a simple way of helping that does add up!

Eye Glass Recycling
Did you know that you can bring in your eye glasses to be recycled. A small collection container is at the information center. Through Lions Recycle For Sight, clubs throughout North America are joining together to help the world see better.

Ink Cartridge Recycling
Redeemer also has a recycling program for used computer ink cartridges. Though this program, empty ink cartridges are collected and turned in for a refund check for the Lansing Rescue Mission. Bring in your old cartridges from home or work and help out a very worthy cause.

Pop Can Tabs
Thank you for your faithfulness to the Redeemer United Methodist Women's Group (UMW) in their support of the Grand Rapids Community House. The UMW is able to send financial support to the Community House through your donations of POP TABS. Proceeds from the POP TABS help provide programs for a wide variety of groups such as aide for those in need, programs for senior citizens and also youth through child care programs. POP TABS can be left in the stacking drawers underneath the Sign-Up Counter in the Lobby.

Recycle Household Batteries
Let's be good stewards and recycle our household batteries. Some batteries are toxic to our environment and others are made of heavy metal. We can recycle both for you here at Redeemer's Recycle Center . Just bring in your batteries and put them in the marked container underneath the Sign-Up Counter in the Lobby, and I will recycle them for you. Any questions call Elinor 485-0053.

Cell Phones
Donate your used cell phone if you upgrade. The cell phone ministry was established to collect used cell phones, year round, for proceeds to be donated to the Greater Lansing Rescue Mission. A box is located at the sign-up counter in the lobby.
